Mangal
A charcoal grill or barbecue; on a sign, a restaurant that cooks over charcoal.
Mangal is the word for the grill itself and for the act of grilling; 'mangal yapmak' is to have a barbecue. A restaurant called Mangal is promising charcoal-grilled meat and is usually an ocakbaşı in all but name.
