Pul biber

Red pepper flakes, mild to medium, used on almost everything at the table.

Pul biber is on every Turkish table beside the salt. It is fruitier and less hot than chilli flakes. Aleppo pepper is the same thing. Isot is the dark, smoky Urfa version.
